"YUME" Office
This office space is intended to cater to the needs of startup preparations and is available for use at no charge up to a maximum of one year. One desk and chair and Internet connection are provided.
Available period of use: One year. No security deposits nor guarantee deposits required.
Shared Office Space
Partitioned floor provides a reasonable office space, ranging from 9 square meters to 43 square meters.
Contract period: One year (renewable up to a maximum of three years). No security deposits nor guarantee deposits required.
Target tenant: Individual or company whose time in business is close to or less than five years since the startup.
West Wing Startup Rooms (Office Specifications)
Separate private office space, ranging from 36 square meters to 75 square meters.
Contract period: Five years as a general rule (renewable up to a maximum of three years including the renewal period of Shared Office Space).
Target tenant: Individual or company whose time in business is close to or less than five years since the startup.
East Wing Startup Rooms (Laboratory Specifications)
This space is a dedicated laboratory space equipped with water supply/waste water drainage and air supply/air exhaust facilities, among others, but can be used as an office space as well. The floor space starts from 77 square meters.
Contract period: Five years as a general rule (renewable up to a maximum of three years including the renewal period of Shared Office Space).
Floor weight capacity: 300-1,000 kg/㎡
Target tenant: Individual or company whose time in business is close to or less than five years since the startup.
KSP-Think Startup Rooms (Office Specifications)
Reasonable office space located in the seaside section of KSP, ranging from 33.45 square meters to 108.23 square meters. Laboratories inside the building are equipped with a wide variety of research and development facilities.
Contract period: Two years (renewable up to a maximum of five years).
Floor weight capacity: 300 kg/㎡
Target tenant: Individual or company whose time in business is close to or less than five years since the startup.
R&D Wing (Offices and Laboratories)
These are office and laboratory spaces for use by general companies, and a number of research and development (R&D) divisions of leading companies reside here as tenants. You may continue to use this space to operate your business even after leaving the dream offices, shared offices, or startup rooms.
